My Journey as a Functional Nutritionist
My journey into nutrition began during my studies in music, when I encountered health challenges of my own. Motivated to improve my well-being through nutrition, I decided to transition into the field professionally, earning a bachelor’s degree in Health & Nutrition Science. During this academic pursuit, my fascination with pediatric and reproductive health flourished.
After completing a successful internship at NY’s #1 hospital, I further honed my skills through a specialized pediatric and neonatal ICU fellowship. As a clinical dietitian, I have gained extensive experience working with diverse age groups, particularly in neonatal and pediatric ICUs, continuously expanding my expertise in pediatric nutrition.
Driven by a desire for deeper connections with individuals, I transitioned into private practice after realizing that many patients had limited access to dietitians beyond their hospital stays. My passion for reproductive and fertility nutrition stems from my personal struggles with PCOS.
Faced with unhelpful advice from various doctors, I conducted extensive research to find solutions for those sharing similar challenges. Specializing in fertility nutrition, I adopt an integrative approach to optimize outcomes for individuals and couples.

In my leisure time, I find joy in cooking, spending time with friends, and playing the piano.
