We will verify coverage for you through the booking link.

What if my insurance doesn’t cover nutrition counseling?
If your insurance doesn’t cover sessions, you can still work with me! We offer affordable self-pay options and package rates.
You may also be able to submit a Superbill to request partial reimbursement.

Do you offer virtual appointments for your dietitian services?
Yes — all sessions are available via secure telehealth so you can meet from anywhere in your state!

What should I expect at my first session?
We’ll review your health history, eating patterns, symptoms, and goals.
From there, I’ll create a personalized nutrition plan and we’ll discuss realistic changes you can make right away.

How long are appointments?

Follow-ups: 30-60 minutes

What’s your cancellation policy?
To respect everyone’s time, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late fee.
